Introduction

By entering into the FareDrop, LLC “Kara and Nate Trip Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”), participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Legal Disclaimer and the decisions of FareDrop, LLC (“Promoter”), such decisions which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Sweepstakes Rules and Legal Disclaimer (“Rules”) are a legally binding agreement between Promoter and Participant. By entering the Sweepstakes Participant accepts these Rules. If Participant does not agree with these Rules then Participant should not enter the Sweepstakes.

THIS IS A PROMOTIONAL PLAN DESIGNED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS OF PROMOTER. THE PRIZE (DEFINED BELOW) IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO PARTICIPANT.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, other than residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Promoter or any of Promoter’s partners, related companies, agencies, or agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents) and same household members of any such employee, officer, director, or agent, are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

Beginning on November 21, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST (the “Start Date”) through December 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “End Date”), eligible Participants may enter the Sweepstakes. Participants receive the number of entries described below.

Each person who is, as of the Start Date, or becomes a Daily Drop subscriber of Promoter prior to the End Date and who completes the Sweepstakes opt-in process by clicking the appropriate link within the Sweepstakes opt-in email sent by Promoter prior to the End Date will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Becoming a subscriber of Promoter costs $0 per year for an unpaid membership and $149 per year for a paid “Pro” membership. A “Pro” subscriber who enters the Sweepstakes will receive ten (10) entries. An unpaid subscriber who enters the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) entry.

Any Participant may also enter the Sweepstakes, and receive ten (10) entries, by mailing a postcard to FareDrop, LLC, 2348 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy, Box 214, Morristown, TN 37814, containing Participant’s (1) name, (2) mailing address, (3) email address, (4) phone number, and (5) a statement indicating that Participant wishes to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participant will be required to pay for postage with respect to mailed entries. The postcard must be postmarked no later than the End Date in order to be included in the Sweepstakes. Promoter will not include in the Sweepstakes nor be liable for lost, damaged, or late entries.

Promoter will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries or entries that are intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity in any way. Limit of one (1) form of entry per person; multiple forms of entries by any individual are void and only the first single form of entry by an individual will be considered. Entries generated by robotic, macro, script, or other automated means are void. Any entrant using fraudulent means to participate in the Sweepstakes will be disqualified. All entries, once provided, are Promoter’s sole and exclusive property.

Eligibility determinations are at the exclusive discretion of Promoter, and Promoter shall be entitled to reject any entrant for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason and without prior notice to any Participant. In such instance, Promoter may, if and as appropriate, select a winner using reasonable means that are materially consistent with the Sweepstakes.

Any Participant may opt out of the Sweepstakes by mailing a postcard to FareDrop, LLC, 2348 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy, Box 214, Morristown, TN 37814, containing Participant’s (1) name, (2) mailing address, (3) email address, (4) phone number, and (5) a statement indicating that Participant does not want to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participant will be required to pay for postage with respect to the opt-out postcard. The opt-out postcard must be postmarked on or prior to the End Date.

Provision of Materials and Information/Intellectual Property

By entering into the Sweepstakes, Participant represents and warrants as follows: (1) that it fully owns or has properly licensed whatever materials or information it submits hereunder in connection with the Sweepstakes and can make such submissions without violating any applicable law, agreement with any third-party, and/or third-party right of any kind (including without limitation any intellectual property, data protection, privacy, or publicity right); and (2) that any and all materials or information provided by it hereunder shall be true and correct in all respects. Furthermore, without limitation on anything set forth herein to the contrary, Promoter shall have the irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right and license (but not the obligation) to exploit any and all such materials or information in any manner it so elects to promote the Sweepstakes, its business, brand, products, and/or services, throughout the world in perpetuity, and in any and all media, now or hereafter known.

Prize

The Sweepstakes’ prize (the “Prize”) is:

1. A two-day trip for Winner and a travel companion at accommodations (“Accommodations”) offered by a lodging provider (“Lodging Provider”) selected by Kara and Nate Buchanan (“Kara and Nate”), located at a location to be determined by Kara and Nate (the “Location”) together with certain amenities, meals, and activities (collectively, “Amenities”). Round trip coach airfare originating in the United States will be included. Kara and Nate will personally appear for part of the trip which constitutes the Prize. Participants acknowledge and agree that Kara and Nate shall have the sole and absolute discretion in determining the Lodging Provider, Location, Amenities, travel dates, and duration of the trip constituting the Prize. Participants acknowledge and agree that Promoter will book the Accommodations and Amenities directly and may use vendors which provide payments or benefits to Promoter. Promoter may use travel miles and points in connection with such bookings.

Approximate retail value is $10,000 U.S. Dollars.

There is one Prize available in the Sweepstakes. There will be only one Winner for the Sweepstakes.

In order to obtain the benefits of the Prize, Winner (Defined below) will need, among other things:

1. A valid passport or identification suitable for travel and other applicable visas, governmental permits, and clearances (contingent upon the Location).

2. Incidental expenses including, without limitation, certain food and lodging.

3. Transportation not included in the Prize: travel to or from the Winner’s departure airport, connecting flights, and local ground transportation (e.g., taxis, rideshares, parking).

4. Suitable clothing and equipment for the Location.  

The approximate total out of pocket costs of Winner in connection with the trip which constitutes the Prize are difficult to ascertain and will vary based on Winner’s location and travel preferences. Winner will not be required to pay Promoter to claim the Prize.  

Winner will be required to comply with Lodging Provider’s terms and conditions and any governmental travel requirements and restrictions.

Winner and Winner’s travel companion must comply with applicable quarantine and vaccination requirements with respect to COVID-19 and may be required to show proof of vaccination acceptable by the governments and legal entities used for travel in connection with the Prize at the time of travel.

Prize must be used on the dates specified by Promoter or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Dates so specified are subject to change by Promoter at any time. Prize must be booked in advance. Prize must be used between January 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026.

All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to tips, gratuities, incidentals, local and long-distance telephone calls, and service charges, additional required transportation, travel insurance, any additional lodging, additional meals and beverages, and any other known or unknown expenses not specifically mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Subject to applicable law, the Prize is offered “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind or nature, including without limitation, any warranty respecting condition, merchantability, quality, title, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner must look to Lodging Provider for potential guarantees or warranties of any kind. Amenities may be subject to change. Promoter makes no representations or warranties with respect to the quality or availability of any Amenities or the quality of Lodging Provider.

By participating and accepting a Prize, Winner represents that he/she understands that travel, whether by plane, automobile, ship, or other conveyance, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, pandemic or other agencies, known or unknown. By accepting a Prize, Winner acknowledges participation in the Prize is voluntary, acknowledges that there are natural forces and occurrences which may impact on or effect the safety of the activities they are participating in and they assume the risk of such factors and occurrences and agree that the Promoter Parties (defined below) will not be in any way responsible for any resulting injury, illness, or death.

Without limiting the foregoing, Winner acknowledges and agrees that (1) the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted travel and the ability to engage in trips such as the Location trip which is the basis of the Prize and (2) Promoter and Lodging Provider shall not be liable to Winner in the event that the Prize related travel is delayed, disrupted, modified, or cancelled as result of COVID-19 and related governmental or travel restrictions or policies.

The Prize is not transferrable or assignable. Except as provided specifically herein, The Prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash value by Winner. Promoter may exchange the Prize for a substitute prize of equal or greater value (including, but not necessarily, cash) at any time.

Winner must be able to claim the Prize at the Lodging Provider.

Winner acknowledges and agrees that by accepting the Prize and appearing with Kara and Nate, Winner consents to being filmed and featured on all media created by Kara and Nate or Promoter (subject further to the terms and conditions of the “Publicity” section set out below). Winner and Winner’s travel companion shall, prior to claiming the Prize, execute and deliver to Promoter any kind of media release or similar consent document as Promoter may reasonably request. Winner shall not be compensated (other than the award of the Prize) in connection with publicity related to Winner or Winner’s travel companion. Nothing contained herein shall obligate Promoter or Kara and Nate to use any footage of Winner or the Prize.

Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, in the event that Kara and Nate, Promoter, and Winner cannot agree on the details or logistics of the Prize (principally, the dates of travel, the Location, and the Lodging Provider, and whether Winner wishes to appear on camera with Kara and Nate) then Promoter may, in lieu of providing the Winner the Prize and in Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, provide Winner with $5,000.00.

Promoter and Lodging Provider are not partners with respect to the Sweepstakes or otherwise affiliated entities.

Random Drawing; Notifying Prize Winners

A random drawing (the “Drawing”) will be conducted by Promoter on or about January 2, 2026 to select a potential winner (the “Winner”) from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. During the Drawing Promoter will draw a primary Winner first as well as several additional backup Winners. In the event that the primary Winner is ineligible or unable or unwilling to claim the Prize then Promoter will notify, in order of their drawing, each subsequent backup Winner until an eligible Winner is selected who is able and willing to claim the Prize as provided herein. Backup Winners will not receive a Prize or any consolation prizes unless they are ultimately selected as the primary Winner. If a backup Winner fails to respond to Promoter’s notification within the required time period, such backup Winner will forfeit their chance to claim the Prize, and Promoter will proceed to notify the next eligible backup Winner.

The potential Winner will be notified by email following the Drawing and must sign and return Promoter’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within ten days’ following the effective date of Promoter’s prize notification (the “Notification”). Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Promoter shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate Winner selected during the Drawing. Each such alternate Winner will receive a Notification and be obligated to respond as provided above. The return of the Notification as undeliverable may also result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected. Promoter is not responsible for digital communications that are undeliverable as a result of any filtering of any kind, insufficient space in a Participant’s account, or any other failure beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a dispute with respect to entries received from more than one user having the same e-mail address/account, the authorized subscriber of the account in question at the time of entry will be deemed the proper entrant. A potential Winner will also forfeit his or her Prize if he or she is disqualified as not eligible to have participated in the Sweepstakes in the first instance.

The Winner must present a government-issued photo identification to claim his or her Prize as well as any other identification as may be reasonably required by Promoter.

All federal, state, and local income taxes resulting from acceptance of the Prize are the responsibility of Winner. Winner shall timely pay all such taxes when due and shall indemnify and defend Promoter from any such taxes charged to Promoter.

Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternate Prize of comparable or equal value in its sole discretion.

Publicity

Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission, for a period beginning on the date of the Drawing and ending on the ten-year anniversary thereof (the “Publicity Period”) to Promoter to use the Winner’s name, image, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes (including posting the information on its website and social media platforms) without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited or limited by law.

Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s consent to Promoter and Promoter’s affiliates and agents to use his or her name, voice, image, likeness, opinions, and biographical information for marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media throughout the world during the Publicity Period without the obligation to seek consent or to provide Participant with any payment or other form of consideration. Participant agrees to execute any document reasonably required by Promoter to effectuate the terms hereof and failure to do so shall give rise to Promoter’s right to execute any and all such documents as Participant’s attorney-in-fact, which right shall be coupled with an interest and therefore, irrevocable.

Some jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Promoter from requiring Winner to consent to the publicity described herein. If Winner is a resident of such jurisdiction and desires to object to the publicity described herein, Winner must notify Promoter of such publicity objections in writing during the Winner vetting and selection process.

The Prize is not contingent upon the consent of Winner to allow Winner’s name to be used for promotional purposes, although if Winner elects to remain private then the Prize will not include an appearance by Kara and Nate and will be modified to consist solely of $5,000 in cash.

Release

Subject to applicable law, by entering into a Sweepstakes and potentially receiving a Prize, each Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Promoter and Kara and Nate, along with their respective employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents and assigns, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, or proceeding (each, a “Claim”), and any resultant loss, injury (including death), cost, expense, fee, fine, penalty, or other loss or expense of any kind, including attorneys’ fees (each, a “Loss”), relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of his or her participation in a Sweepstakes (or related activity such as a press release), and/or Promoter’s right to exploit Participant’s name and/or likeness or fully exploit any other right granted to it hereunder, and/or from Participant’s receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, no matter how such Claim or Loss arises (including without limitation, if arising out of any damage to a Participant’s computer system from downloading or using material from Promoter’s, or an affiliate of Promoter’s, website).

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PROMOTER, KARA AND NATE AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, ASSIGNS, OR AFFILIATES (AS APPLICABLE) (THE “PROMOTER PARTIES”), BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, NO MATTER UNDER WHAT THEORY ARISING, EVEN IF ANY PROMOTER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PROMOTER PARTIES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO: ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND/OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF A PRIZE SHALL BE LIMITED TO $500. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND AS SUCH, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

Use of Collected Materials and Information

Promoter will be collecting, storing, and exploiting personal data about Participants to administer the Sweepstakes and exercise its rights hereunder, including without limitation, those relating to marketing and publicity. By entering into the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to Promoter’s collection and use of their personal information. Promoter will not disclose any Participant’s personal information to any non-affiliated third party. Dispute Resolution

The parties hereto acknowledge and agree as follows: (1) that all disputes, causes of action, and claims connected to or arising in any way hereunder between the parties shall be resolved solely on an individual basis (i.e., class actions suits are hereby waived by the parties), and exclusively by the state or federal courts situated in Knox County, Tennessee; (2) that the laws of the state of Tennessee shall govern, without regard to its conflict of laws principles; and (3) that the parties hereto waive any right to a trial by jury.

Amendment

Promoter may amend these Rules at any time. Such amended Rules will be posted on Promoter’s webpage: www.dailydrop.com. Participant hereby agrees to be bound by such amended rules.

Force Majeure. Promoter shall not be liable for damages to Participant in the event Promoter is delayed or prevented from performing any of its obligations hereunder due to acts of God, pandemics, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances and any other causes, whether of the kind herein enumerated or otherwise, which are not reasonably within the control of Promoter. Any time period for performance by Promoter shall be extended during such conditions.
