āļø Well good morning, my friends. Welcome back to a fun Tuesday edition of Daily Drop.
Today, Iāll be telling you how to leverage some stackable offers and squeeze extra value from specific credits.
Letās get started:

š³ How I used all of my Q4 credits already
As you know, itās now October. The leaves are changing, the air is a little cooler, and⦠most importantly⦠a bunch of quarterly credits have now reset. š
I have a handful of cards that offer hundreds of dollars of credits that renew every 3 months, a bunch of which Iāve already used in the first week of the quarter.
This card has a bunch of quarterly and monthly credits that Iām always eager to use.
For starters, thereās a pretty awesome dining credit. I spent a few days last week in Burlington, Vermont, and even that small city has dozens of eligible restaurants.

I used this credit to cover two full meals for two people and spent about $3 out of pocket in the end.
Itās a good reminder that even if you live in smaller cities, this credit is an EASY $400 per year back in your pocket.
So while the annual fee on this premium card might make you want to vomit up that lovely meal, itās really not as bad as it looks when you take into account some of the more useful and simple credits.
Hilton cards are great for quarterly credits
This premium Hilton card offers a quarterly $50 credit to use on ANY airline in the world, as long as youāre booking direct. For anyone who travels at least once per quarter, itās basically cash.
In fact, you can even use it to pay taxes and fees on award flights, which is how I used it.

I knew I wanted to book the flight at the end of September, but I waited until October 1 to book it to leverage this credit.
Meanwhile, this Hilton business card that I opened earlier this year has a $50 quarterly credit to use at any Hilton in the world.
I also used this one already to book a night at a Hilton property in Montreal next week, shaving an easy $50 off of the cash price (which was already quite reasonable).

The bottom line
When a new quarter hits, itās like Christmas.
I donāt live in the U.S. or travel there often, and yet even I find that itās worth paying these high annual fees by simply using a handful of credits a handful of times per year.
So if you see an exciting card but get turned off by the annual fee, crunch the numbers first.

šØ Three stackable Hilton offers
Speaking of Hilton, there are three stackable offers that might entice the Hilton fans out there, especially those of you with a co-branded credit card.
Offer 1: Cardholder exclusive
This first offer is targeted toward those who hold a Hilton co-branded card. If you do, you can check it out and register on this page.
Basically, Hilton will give you a lump 10,000 bonus points when you register and complete a qualifying stay.

Here are the details:
You must register for the offer and book your stay by November 9
The stay must take place before January 3, 2027
The stay must be at least 3 nights long
Only cash stays apply
You must use your Hilton credit card to pay for the stay
You can only do this one time
Thatās not too bad of a deal, especially if you were already planning on booking a Hilton stay.
Personally, I was just about to book yet another 3-night stay at a Hilton hotel in Saskatoon next month:

At $96 per night, this Hilton hotel already had the cheapest rate compared to the other programs.
Plus, this exact stay will trigger the two other promotions being offered by Hilton.
Offer 2: Earn up to 15,000 more points
This next one is a targeted offer, so you may or may not be eligible⦠but an easy way to find out is to click this link, try to register, and see what happens.

This offer will award increasing numbers of bonus points per stay for up to 5 stays.
Here is the breakdown:
First stay: 1,000 bonus points
Second stay: 2,000 bonus points
Third stay: 3,000 bonus points
Fourth stay: 4,000 bonus points
Fifth stay: 5,000 bonus points
If you stay five times, youāll end up with a total of 15,000 points.
The best part is that after you register, youāll have 6 months to complete these stays (though you need to register before December 31).
So the strategy here is to register for this a few days before your first stay in order to extend that 6-month window as far as possible.
Since my Saskatoon stay will be my second stay in this offer window, Iāll earn another 2,000 bonus points on top of the last promo.
Offer 3: New global promotion
The third offer is the one that is available to everyone. Itās not targeted, and not just for cardholders.
ā¦.but it is the worst one.

Between October 15 and December 31, you can earn 1,000-3,000 bonus points per stay on paid Hilton stays, broken down as follows:
Earn 3,000 points per stay at luxury, lifestyle, resort, or all-inclusive brands
Earn 1,000 points per stay at any other hotel
Thankfully, Hilton published a list of hotels that will earn 3,000 points per night, and there are over 1,000 of them.
Still, this offer is super underwhelming. You should really ignore it unless you already have a Hilton stay planned and can stack it with the previous two offers.
Oh, and make sure you register for the offer now just in case.
The total winnings
When we stack all of this together, the points can really add up ā especially when you account for card earnings, elite bonus, and the promotions combined.
For example, Iāll use this premium card to pay for my Saskatoon stay next month.
Since the card comes with Diamond status as a perk, Iāll earn:
10x Hilton points for being a member
10x bonus points for Diamond status
14x points for spending on the card
With my price tag of $316 for the stay, thatās 10,744 points before any of the promos.
Then, we can add:
10,000 points from the cardholder exclusive offer
2,000 points for the tiered targeted offer
1,000 points for the crappy global promo
The final haul is just under 24,000 points from one relatively cheap stay.
It just goes to show that holding a Hilton card can really come in handy between the credits I talked about earlier and offers like these.

Well thatās it for today, friends. I know we normally do trivia on Tuesdays, but I wanted to make sure to tell you about these valuable promos and credits sooner rather than later.
Iāll throw in some trivia tomorrow or Thursday, so donāt worry. š
Cheers,
With contributions by Katie Begnoche and April Wilson.
