Good morning and welcome back, friend. You know what? We’re like the Celine Dion of travel newsletters…

I said what I said 🤷🏻‍♀️, so let’s get straight to the travel good stuff.

🎉 Two of our favorite no-annual-fee business cards just received elevated offers of $900 cash back (or 90,000 points!) after spending $6,000 in the first three months. Check them out here and here.

🎥 In this week’s YouTube video, you’ll learn to travel like a pro — book free trips, track your credit cards, and squeeze extra value out of every redemption.

🏆 Our Favorite Pick: Your next getaway booked with a single card

Earlier this week, we introduced a new section titled Swipe to Stay, where we showed you how one credit card welcome offer could unlock an entire trip for two. 👀

The card in question is one of our favorite premium cards and is currently offering 125,000 bonus points after spending $6,000 in the first three months of account opening.

To make things extra clear — you’ll earn a massive stash of UR points that will cover flights, resort stays, food, drinks, airport transfers, and even taxes and fees for a dreamy getaway. 😌

In this example, we picked Cancún. Here’s how it works:

🌴 The stay

  • The all-inclusive Hyatt Vivid Grand Island not only covers your stay, but also includes all meals, drinks, and activities.

  • At just 17,000 Hyatt points per night, a five-night stay comes to 85,000 points transferred from this card.

  • Points left? Around 40,000.

✈️ The flights

  • Round-trip JetBlue flights from New York (JFK) to Cancún (CUN) start at 11,600 points per person (23,200 for two) transferred straight from your UR-points stash.

  • Taxes and fees still cost $268 total, but the $300 annual travel credit that comes with this card saves the day again — offsetting that expense altogether.

💅🏻 The extras

  • Use the remaining $30 or so from your travel credit to cover at least part or all of an Uber ride.

  • Unlock lounge access at JFK and Cancún — helloooo free food, bev, comfy seating, and fast Wi-Fi.

Even if you’re taking just one trip a year, this is a perfect example of how a credit card’s welcome offer could gift you a trip from the points you earn on your normal spending.
